Friends User Agreement and Privacy Notice / Friends 用户协议与隐私说明

Friends provides AI conversations, collaborative workflows, stories and games. This agreement explains the service, Sparks and how we handle data. By tapping “Agree to Terms and Enter”, you expressly accept it. Permission to send your content to third-party AI and search services is separate: you can decline it and still use features that do not require those services. Friends is intended for people aged 18 or older.

Friends 提供 AI 对话、协作任务、故事和游戏。本协议说明服务内容、火花及数据处理方式。点击“同意协议并进入”，表示您明确同意本协议。将内容发送至第三方 AI 和搜索服务需要另行授权；您可以拒绝该授权，继续使用不需要这些服务的功能。Friends 仅面向年满 18 周岁的用户。

1. Features and AI / 功能与 AI

AI may generate chat replies, workflow plans, summaries, stories, game dialogue and decisions, image descriptions and safety assessments. AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive or inappropriate and is not professional advice. Please check important information. Some games use rules and probability strategies for companions instead of calling the selected model on every turn. A companion’s name or icon does not guarantee that a particular model handles every request: we may use an available alternative to maintain service continuity.

AI 可用于生成聊天回复、任务计划、总结、故事、游戏发言与判断、图片描述和安全审核。AI 输出可能不准确、重复或不合适，不能代替专业意见，请核实重要信息。部分游戏的伙伴采用规则和概率策略，并非每个回合都调用所选模型。伙伴名称或图标也不代表每次请求都由指定模型完成；为保持服务可用，我们可能调用可用的备用模型。

Do not submit sensitive information such as passwords, government identifiers, bank details or health records, or content you have no right to use. You retain any rights you hold in your submissions. You permit the processing needed to provide your requested features. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free of third-party rights.

请勿提交密码、证件号码、银行资料、健康记录等敏感信息，或您无权使用的内容。您保留对自己提交内容原有的权利，并允许我们为提供您请求的功能进行必要处理。我们不保证生成内容具有独创性，或不涉及他人的权利。

2. Accounts, rooms and usage data / 账号、房间与用量数据

We process the name, email address, avatar and account identifier made available through your chosen sign-in method, plus session credentials needed to keep you signed in. Guest access uses a random app device identifier and a server-side keyed hash for continuity and abuse prevention; it is not an advertising identifier. Guest and signed-in balances are separate and are not merged at sign-in. Purchases require a signed-in Friends account.

我们处理您所选登录方式提供的昵称、邮箱、头像和账号标识，以及保持登录所需的会话凭据。游客访问使用应用生成的随机设备标识和服务端带密钥摘要，用于恢复访问和防止滥用，不是广告标识。游客与登录账号的余额相互独立，登录时不会合并。购买火花需要登录 Friends 账号。

To restore rooms and synchronize devices, our servers store conversation content, submitted images and derived descriptions, workflow state, game choices and results, achievements, Sparks balances and movements. Usage and diagnostic records help operate the service, investigate failures and reconcile costs. Operational notifications to the developer contain aggregate counts and amounts, not your messages, images, account details or purchase receipts. Identifiers used for operational processing are not described as completely anonymous.

为恢复房间并支持多设备同步，我们会在服务器保存对话内容、提交的图片及其描述、任务状态、游戏选择与结果、成就、火花余额和变动。用量与诊断记录用于运行服务、排查故障和核对成本。发送给开发者的运营通知只包含汇总数量和金额，不包含您的消息、图片、账号资料或购买凭据。运营处理中使用的标识并不因此被视为完全匿名。

3. Third-party processing and permission / 第三方处理与授权

With your permission, the inputs and context needed for a feature may be sent through our technical service providers to AI providers, including OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud/Qwen, Moonshot AI, Zhipu/GLM and Anthropic. This can include prompts, relevant history and summaries, workflow or game context, images and extracted text. External search or page-reading tools may send necessary queries, URLs and parameters to Jina AI or the service fulfilling the request.

经您授权，功能所需的输入与上下文可能通过我们的技术服务商发送至 AI 服务提供商，包括 OpenAI、Google、DeepSeek、阿里云／Qwen、月之暗面、智谱／GLM 和 Anthropic。内容可能包括提示词、相关历史与摘要、任务或游戏上下文、图片及提取的文字。联网搜索或网页阅读工具可能把必要的查询词、网址和参数发送给 Jina AI 或实际执行请求的服务商。

We do not use content on our own servers to train general-purpose AI models. Third-party retention, processing locations and training practices depend on the services and settings actually used and their applicable terms; we cannot promise that every upstream path has a separately verified no-training agreement. Do not provide sensitive content you do not wish third parties to process. Refusing or withdrawing permission prevents new AI/search requests for your account, including subsequent background steps and retries. A request already sent cannot be recalled. Existing history can still be viewed or deleted.

我们不会使用自有服务器上的内容训练通用 AI 模型。第三方的数据保留、处理地区和训练规则取决于实际使用的服务、设置及其适用条款；我们不能承诺每条上游链路都已具有经过单独核验的禁止训练协议。请勿提供您不希望第三方处理的敏感内容。拒绝或撤回授权后，服务端会阻止该账号新的 AI／搜索请求，包括后续后台步骤与重试；已经发出的请求无法撤回。已有记录仍可查看或删除。

You can change permission in Me → Privacy & Data. We request explicit agreement again when the relevant terms or processing scope materially changes. A technical gateway change alone does not mean a new provider, but actual material changes to processing will be disclosed.

您可以在“我 → 隐私与数据”中调整授权。相关条款或处理范围发生重要变化时，我们会再次要求明确确认。单纯更换技术网关不代表新增服务商，但实际处理方式的重要变更会向您说明。

4. Sparks and purchases / 火花与购买

Sparks are usage credits within Friends. Prices appear before participation or purchase. AI Group Chat, Task Assistant and Story Relay charge according to measured use. Gomoku, Escape the Town, Werewolf and Undercover charge a fixed play fee; wins, losses and draws do not change that fee or award Sparks. A service failure may release or refund the applicable charge. Reserved Sparks are temporarily unavailable elsewhere.

火花是 Friends 内的使用额度，参与或购买前会显示所需额度或价格。AI 群聊、任务助手和故事接龙按用量计费。五子棋、逃出小镇、狼人杀和谁是卧底收取固定游玩费，胜负或平局不会改变费用，也不会奖励火花。服务故障可能解除预留或退还相应费用。预留中的火花暂时不能用于其他地方。

Sparks are not money, deposits, securities or an investment and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash, goods or prizes.

火花不是货币、存款、证券或投资，不支持转让、提现或兑换现金、实物和奖品。

Sparks purchases are one-off consumable in-app purchases, not subscriptions. The Apple purchase sheet shows the actual local price and applicable taxes. Purchased Sparks do not expire. We do not receive your card number or bank account details. We verify Apple-signed transactions, including the product, transaction identifier, environment and random Friends account binding, before crediting the server wallet. A transaction is credited only once. Purchased balance follows the same Friends account on supported devices; signing into a different Friends account does not transfer it.

购买火花属于一次性的消耗型应用内购买，不是订阅。实际当地价格及适用税费以 Apple 付款弹窗为准。已购买的火花不过期。我们不会收到您的银行卡号或银行账户资料。入账前，我们会验证 Apple 签名交易中的商品、交易标识、环境及随机的 Friends 账号绑定信息；同一笔交易只入账一次。已购买的余额可在支持的设备上随同一 Friends 账号同步，切换至另一个 Friends 账号不会转移余额。

If a purchase has not arrived, use “Top-up missing?” on the purchase page, or contact us through Help & Feedback. Do not pay again for the same missing purchase. Payment approval, temporary network failures or verification delays can postpone delivery; an unfinished transaction is retried. Consumable balances are restored from the Friends server, not by reissuing already delivered purchases.

若充值未到账，请使用购买页的“充值未到账？”入口检查，或通过“帮助与反馈”联系我们。请勿为同一笔未到账的充值再次付款。付款审批、暂时断网或验证延迟可能导致稍后到账，未交付的交易会重新尝试。消耗型商品的余额通过 Friends 服务端恢复，不会将已交付的购买再次发放。

Refund requests are handled through Apple under its policies and applicable law. After a verified refund or revocation, we recover the corresponding Sparks. If some have been spent or reserved, recovery may use other available Sparks and later grants or settlements; the wallet does not become negative. If Apple reverses a refund, we cancel outstanding recovery and return the amount actually recovered. Deleting your Friends account is not an Apple refund request.

退款通过 Apple 按其政策及适用法律处理。确认退款或交易撤销后，我们会收回对应火花。若部分额度已被使用或预留，可能从其他可用火花及之后的赠送、结算中继续扣回；钱包不会显示负余额。若 Apple 撤销退款，我们会取消尚未扣回的部分，并返还实际已扣回的额度。删除 Friends 账号不等于向 Apple 申请退款。

Promotional gifts and future pricing may change prospectively. Changes do not remove your existing purchased Sparks or alter the amount promised for an accepted purchase. Test environments have separate accounts, wallets and orders; Sandbox credits do not become production credits.

推广赠送和未来价格可能调整，调整不会扣除您已持有的购买火花，也不会改变已受理购买所承诺的数量。测试环境使用独立账号、钱包和订单，Sandbox 火花不会变成正式环境火花。

5. Sharing and safety / 分享与安全

Sharing is initiated by you. A generated image may contain your story or conversation, nickname and participating companions. It is sent only to the save/share destination you choose. Copies saved by you, another app or another person cannot be removed by Friends. Imported copies of a shared custom character may also remain with their recipients.

分享由您主动发起。生成的图片可能包含故事或对话、昵称与参与伙伴，仅会交给您选择的保存或分享目标。您、其他应用或其他人保存的副本无法由 Friends 统一删除。已分享自定义角色被他人导入后形成的副本，也可能由接收者继续保留。

Do not use the service to create or share unlawful, exploitative, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit or infringing content. Automated review can make mistakes and does not guarantee complete filtering. You can report or block shared roles and contact friends@owlib.ai. We may restrict abusive accounts or remove violating content. AI companions are not real people or representatives of the brands shown.

请勿使用本服务制作或分享违法、剥削、威胁、辱骂、露骨色情或侵权内容。自动审核可能出错，不能保证完整过滤。您可以举报或屏蔽分享角色，也可以联系 friends@owlib.ai。我们可能限制滥用账号或移除违规内容。AI 伙伴不是真人，也不代表界面中品牌的工作人员。

6. Storage, deletion and retention / 存储、删除与保留

Our main service data is stored in Seoul. Model requests may be relayed through Singapore and processed in other regions by the relevant providers. We use access controls, encrypted transport and encrypted private cloud backups to protect data; no system can guarantee absolute security.

主要业务数据存放于首尔。模型请求可能经新加坡转发，并由相关服务商在其他地区处理。我们采用访问控制、加密传输和私有云加密备份保护数据，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。

Account and room data remains available while needed for your use; we do not automatically delete a purchased balance after 90 days of inactivity. Through Me → Privacy & Data you can delete your account or guest data. This removes online profile and sign-in data, permissions, owned room histories and game state, achievements, custom character content and the wallet. Stored image files are queued for removal and become inaccessible with the room. In-flight processing can briefly remain in memory; deletion markers prevent later callbacks from recreating deleted room data.

账号和房间数据会在您使用所需期间保留；我们不会因 90 天未活跃而自动删除已购买余额。您可以通过“我 → 隐私与数据”删除账号或游客数据。这会移除在线个人资料与登录信息、授权、本人房间记录和游戏状态、成就、自定义角色内容及钱包。已存图片会进入删除队列，并随房间删除而停止对外提供。正在处理的任务可能短暂存在于内存中，删除标记会防止后续回调重新创建房间数据。

To prevent duplicate crediting and handle delayed refunds, we retain minimal purchase identifiers, product/amount and refund state, plus a random account-binding deletion marker. After deletion these are detached from your name, email and sign-in identities and are not used to reopen your account. Transaction deduplication markers may remain for the lifetime of the service because old signed transactions can be replayed. Minimal deleted-room and retired-share-code markers serve the same protective purpose. Aggregate financial and operational counts without account links may remain for service accounting.

为防止重复入账并处理延迟退款，我们会保留最小必要的交易标识、商品／数量和退款状态，以及随机账号绑定的删除标记。删号后，这些信息会与您的姓名、邮箱和登录身份解除关联，不用于恢复账号。由于旧签名交易可能被再次提交，交易去重标记可能保留至服务停止运营。最小的已删除房间和废弃分享码标记也仅用于防止数据恢复或编号被重新占用。不含账号关联的财务与运营汇总可继续用于服务核算。

Backups are restricted recovery copies, not live accounts. Current rolling retention keeps all snapshots from the last two days, daily snapshots for 14 days, weekly snapshots for eight weeks and monthly snapshots for six months. Older pre-existing migration archives are excluded from normal use and are retired separately. Deletions must be reapplied before any backup is restored to live service; a backup must not re-enable a deleted account or restore spendable credits already settled. Operational logs and historical recovery copies have their own rotation and cannot all be erased instantly by an account-deletion request. Contact us if you need help with retained records.

备份是受限的恢复副本，不是可使用的在线账号。当前滚动策略保留最近两天的全部快照、14 天的每日快照、八周的每周快照和六个月的每月快照。更早的迁移归档不用于日常服务，并单独清退。任何备份恢复至线上前都必须重新执行删除记录，不能重新启用已删除账号，也不能恢复已结算消费的可用额度。运行日志及历史恢复副本有各自的轮换周期，无法在删号瞬间全部清除。如需协助处理保留记录，请联系我们。

7. Changes and contact / 变更与联系

Important updates to these terms or third-party processing require explicit confirmation in the app. Current fees and promotional terms are shown before participation or purchase. Nothing here excludes rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law. For questions, deletion assistance, purchase delivery or content reports, contact friends@owlib.ai.
